Six Sentence Sunday: 8/12/12... Such a tease! Running From Shadows

Hooray for Six Sentence Sunday!

Thank you for stopping by. I'm excited to participate with such a fantastic group of writers!

Today I'm sharing from my (unpublished) young adult paranormal romance Running From Shadows, currently being read by three lovely agents and an editor!! Squee!!

In this snippet, Greta Shore (a 17-year-old, black-haired wiccan beauty) and Paxton "Pax" Craig (an 18-year-old, blond-haired college student with a dark secret) are gettin' all hot and heavy in the backseat of his Jeep...

It's wrong... Forbidden. And for a fleeting moment her breath catches in her throat...

“Pax,” I whispered against his lips.

Guiding his shirt up and off, I ran my hands along the tight muscles of his arms, his chest, his abs...he moaned.

Goddess.

He cradled my face and leaned forward until I could feel his breath on my mouth. “Kiss me.”

The heat of his touch burned me to the soul, melted away any thought I had except for the fire of his embrace.

What happens next? Wouldn't you like to know!? teeheehee Tune in next week!

  6. Now see, if this was a chapter from my life, the make-out police would show up and there would be hell to pay. LOL This is hot for a YA but I know a lot of people who'd enjoy reading this one! Good luck with the submission process.
