- Sooo I told y'all that I'm attending the RT Booklovers Convention at the end of April and I'll be doing MY FIRST public book signing...well, I've already had two fans say they are definitely coming to see me (like, driving hours to come see me)! I've even made plans to go to dinner with one of them! Do you know how much I feel like a rock star right now?? Ahhh!!! Excited!!! *smiles so BIG that an emoticon just can't capture the essence of my excitedness* That's a word, right? :P Check the lineup here!!!

- (Update) My dark and gritty work-in-progress, titled Becoming, (a new adult urban fantasy with cursed dragon shifters) is currently with my amazing editor!!! So excited to make this story sparkle and then pitch it at RT and RWA in a few months! Agents, you're gonna want this story...like super bad! Just sayin' ;D

A dark cloud lay low to the ground. As she drew closer, it moved. Smoke billowed out of it as if it was a person’s breath. She stooped down and touched her fingers to the darkness. The darkness shivered...

| It's kinda dark cos this was taken in the garage, but that is all the stuff I take to work every day... It's ridiculous! The first bag is my purse (note: I didn't say pocket book...even tho I was tempted. And I seriously have no clue why us southerners call it that! LOL). The green one is my laptop bag. The blue one in back is my lunch box...yes, it's bigger than my purse! ;) |
